Conceptual work addressing issues around the construct of art supports and framing devices. The narrative content is the idea of a traditionally presented canvas within a frame that has its upper portion severed. This beggars the question as to viewers’ expectations of framed artwork that convey artist’s intentions when perceived hung on a wall.
